Introduction

Hello and Good Morning! My name is Brandi, I'm a housewife, and a dog mom. I know people either love or hate the whole dog mom or dog dad thing, but however you feel, there it is. In this blog I'm going to be sharing free crochet patterns written by me, gardening pictures and maybe tips, and recipes for stuff made out of my garden. I'm hoping to share content that you all will love. I'm of course also going to be sharing the random pictures of my dogs Mishka, Maple, Barley, and Amber. One of the things I am also planning on doing at some point is a crochet along for a blanket I'm working on designing and also I want to make some videos teaching the basics of crochet from my point of view. I'm going to keep this first post short as I need to get a few patterns ready to post so that I can get to sharing and you can get to crocheting!!!!

Here we go! I was almost done with these 2 patterns when I wrote the first intro blog post this morning. However I was still working on my first cups of coffee for the day, and well, as you know, some of us just don't function without our coffee, and I didn't want to jam my crochet hook into anyones eye!!! So these dishcloths are super simple, and super quick to work up, and they use such a small amount of yarn, that you could almost just use up those partial balls of cotton yarn you have hanging around. I love gnomes. I'm going to be honest, it's kind of a recent obsession for me. I'm not sure what it is about them that I love so much, but I find them to be whimsical and fun.
